KUKA - KR 100-2 HADE-ROB-KUK-2009-00001

The cell consists of 3 KUKA KR 100-2 HA with KRC2 controller. Two robots are equipped with arm extension. The TIG welding robot has 2 additional axes for driving the tilt and turn table. The tilt and turn table has a capacity of approx. 1000 kg. The robots are equipped with KUKA Safe Operation V2.1, Motion Cooperation 2.1 (the two on the linear axis) and Touch Sense 1.2. One of the two robots on the linear axis also has two additional axes for controlling the linear axis and the lathe chuck. The linear axis has a length of 8300 mm. Due to a business change of the company the automation cell has never been used and comes with 0 production hours. The cell can also be customized according to your production needs.
